6 Weeks & 2st 7lb lighter
Easing. Squeezing. Breathing in. Nope, it was no good, something had to be done. Dial2Donate needed to shed a some extra pounds in order to get leaner, healthier and more energised…and so, the 30-day juice challenge began.
As you may remember, Dial2Donate’s fruit and vegetable Juice Challenge’ started 6-weeks ago. No, you haven’t got your maths wrong, we actually extended our month-long juice diet by an extra 2 weeks. Why? Well, along with losing pounds we also made it our mission to donate them too. Our chosen charity was Manchester’s very own MASH.
Dial2Donate & MASH
After first meeting MASH back in 2014, Dial2Donate formed a fantastic bond with what has to be said is a truly magnificent charity. Providing free and confidential support for women who sex work in Manchester indeed describes what MASH’s mission is, however after seeing the literally life-changing work done by the charity it is impossible to put into words what an immense difference they make.

Well, after juicing every fruit and vegetable known to man, the team at Dial2Donate HQ here in Altrincham are feeling trimmer, bright eyed and healthier than ever.
Temptation. Yuck recipes. The yummy treat box. Nope, this has not been an easy journey but, I hasten to add, it has been extremely rewarding. The great thing is that for every pound we have lost we are donating £1 to MASH and for each pound gained we are giving £2.
As we all know, those pesky pounds can tend to fluctuate from time to time. Our calculations show that the total raised is £56.00. However, we are going to better that and have decided to up the amount to £200.
