This is a joke..The information given is automated eg how to pay ,or how to appeal.THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE..I have already paid but they still send threading letters.Hospital parking is free in Wales .There needs to be an investigation into this company's practice.I had complied with their wishes but stayed in the Hospital for too long. with my husband .He is along term inpatient, ..He is BLIND HAS ADVANCED PARKINSON S DEMENTIA A STROKE AND VASCULAR DEMENTIA. Need I say anymore..The three hour cap in a hospital is inappropriate for some people..How can I explain this to a greedy,company that gives you no option to speak with someone.I have already written but they did not give me the curtesy of even the briefest of replies.

this parking company are total arseholes, I have been a victim of fraud due to a vehicle registration has been made in my name even tho I have never owned the vehicle, I have tried to help resolve this issue by contacting the parking eye themselves, the police and even the dvla and yet 8 months down the line I continue to be issued with parking fines from this company, I think there is 7 outstanding with them. this company are not helpful in anyway whats so ever.

No idea what the donation number means! Parked in Whiteley after an operation and I was on crutches. Whilst there shopping for essentials for my 3 weeks post-op rest, we stopped for something to eat. Didn't realise we were parked in a 2 hour bay when the rest of the area is 4 hours free, ended up being an extra 45 mins (2hr 45mins in total). Appealed via their website, and received an email response that in order for me to discuss they would need a authority letter from my SO, tried to email it across in response to their email and it rejected, but there was no specific return email address for the letter, tried to call the number on their website (automated payment line only! cheeky gits) found another number 0843 5040433 which put me through to a very rude woman, who advised she couldn't discuss with me as I didn't have authority (which was the letter I was trying to send her!) and she said they don't have email and I would need to use the online service again and upload it. There was none of this info in any of their correspondence! Unhelpful, and such a long winded process to appeal!

I paid £4 when I think it was £5 for the time they were asking for. This was my mistake but I asked if they could take lenience given my intention was never to avoid the charge. I spoke to guy called Mark and to say he was docile would be doing him justice. He seemed stoned and could barely get a sentence out. I'm going to pay the £60 and write and ask for my £4 back.

Do not bother appealing your parking ticket, I was stopped in a private car park for 5 minutes, they sent me a photo of me sat in the car (Not parked), unsuccessful appeal (they didn't bother reading it !) and then charged me £100. It's a joke !!!

Called and attempted to make payment with an actual person over the phone. I don't eave the house. Don't trut technology (like their automated services) and have had trouble with postal payments before with companies claiming that payment hasn't been received. So naturally I want a real person to verify payment over the phone. They refused to take payment via any other method but automated or postal. As I have offered payment and accepted that i stayed in this car park for 16 minutes longer than the 2 hours I am shocked that the customer services and manager both put the phone down on me without offering (after I requested) an alternative number to call where a senior member of the company could actually accept payment. They talk about them using those payment method because of data protection yet they already breached my confidential information by accessing my details via DVLA from my number plate. How contradictory is that. Not impressed in the slightest. Payment was offered so now they'll have to take me to court if they want it.

Received 2 letters from this company, even though I informed them that I had sold the car and to check with DVLA. Unwilling to be helpful and not listening, very poor customer services. I recorded my call and, I now look forward to seeing them in court where I will press for my legal charges plus any time off work to attend and will be happy to play the recording for the magistrate to show that I have informed this company of the error that they have made and unwillingness to correct it and charge the right person. FortunTely for me I work in the legal industry and I am aware of my rights, a bullying tactic that may scare some people only furthers my willingness to take this matter to court and then sue them myself.
