disgraceul webite to say the least. ordered a jumpsuit friday night and getting a phone call mnday saying it had arrived at my front door , so when i arrived home i noticed there was no parcel, the following morning a neighbour called to say the parcel arrived at their house. to my reef i opened the parcel to find 2 of the same tops instead of a two piece jumpsuit. Frantically trying to order a new pants in time for the occasion , my order won't go through

Horrrrrrrrible website! I ordered 3 times on different days I never received any of my packs, several times I emailed them all the say is sorry your pack was lost, or out of stock or simply they closed my order with out even asking. its been a Month now I'm still waiting.... None of the staff is helpful they simply don't care and you can tell on the emails. NEVER AGAIN not to mention some of the clothe were xmass gifts for the kids.

THIS IS AN UTTER JOKE. I HATE THIS COMPANY. For my 18th birthday party I ordered 5 items of clothing of which none of them arrived. I payed next day delivery for £4.50 and it has been a week. I now don't have an outfit for my own 18th party and it is tonight. It is distressing and upsetting. I hope the company realises that it has ruined my actual birthday.

Horrific experience! The website for ordering was a joke. After trying numerous times the next day, after countless attempts the first night, they miraculously showed a size 4 in the dress we tried to order. After paying next day service, and receiving it 4 days later, they sent a size 8!! I'm wondering if they never had a 4 to begin with and just sent the next closest size- hugely disappointing for my daughter whose event is in a few days! I knew they looked cheap/cheesy, but it's now confirmed. THEY ARE A CROCK!

Absolute shit. Ordered two items for next day delivery which I paid extra for, I've been sent an email saying the items been delivered to an 'outbuilding' and I've been here for the last two days and no knock on the door to even attempt to deliver my package. I've sent an email to missguided which has not yet been responded to. And also contacted the courier Hermes and they blamed it on missguided! Needed my package urgent that's why I paid extra for next day delivery. Definitely won't be using missguided again!!
