Experience? Don’t worry, none is necessary as full instructions are given on the day. What’s more, the cost of the abseil is only £40, plus,if you raise more than £140, MASH will refund your £40 registration.

Double award-winning MASH
It goes without saying that MASH (Manchester Action on Street Health) is dedicated to the work that they do with vulnerable women. In recognition of their ongoing mission, MASH has rightly been recognised, recently winning two prestigious accolades along the way.
Ironically the award ceremonies for both achievements are to be held on the same day, one presented in Manchester and one in London.
October 2015 see MASH receive the:
Charity Achievement Award of £1,000 from The Lloyds Bank Foundation Charity Achievement Awards for ‘Valuing Volunteers’. They have also been shortlisted for the UK Final for which they will be travelling to London for a prestigious awards ceremony.
MASH will also be at the Spirit of Manchester Awards where they are nominated for the ‘Volunteer involving organisation of the year’.
Dan Fishwick, a dedicated volunteer co-ordinator at MASH said,
” We are delighted that the hard work and dedication of our Volunteering Team has been recognised. MASH wouldn’t exist without volunteers supporting our small staff team to deliver vital support to vulnerable women. It was only recently the team won an award for ‘Breaking Through in Volunteering’ at Manchester City Council’s International Women’s Day Awards. We are so proud!”
Dial2Donate would also like to offer their congratulations to MASH for their outstanding achievements and ongoing work.
